Psychological Sovereignty

I’m a psychologist interested in understanding what enables people to remain self-governing in the face of uncertainty. My work explores how agency, moral reasoning, and emotional regulation develop over time, and how they support a life guided by principles rather than circumstances.

I’m interested in the long-term development of character (and not in short-term performances). What allows someone to remain thoughtful under pressure, act consistently with their values, and make decisions they can stand behind years later? These are the questions that drive my work.

Bitcoin offers a demanding environment for studying these capacities. Self-custody, volatility, and irreversibility require discipline, emotional regulation, and the ability to think beyond immediate rewards. They reveal how we respond to uncertainty, where we place trust, and whether our actions remain aligned with our principles when the stakes are high.

External sovereignty without internal stability is fragile. My work focuses on the psychological foundations that make genuine sovereignty possible: the capacity to assume responsibility, navigate complexity, regulate emotion, and maintain a long-term perspective.

My work is for builders, founders, operators, and long-term thinkers who understand that resilient systems depend on resilient individuals, and that lasting freedom begins with the ability to govern oneself.
